b) Non-Customized Orders: For non-customized orders, you may request a cancellation at any time before the order is shipped. Please contact our customer support team at contact@trendz3ddesign.com with your order details to initiate the cancellation process.
2. Refund Eligibility
a) Customized Orders: Due to the unique nature of customized orders and the creative work involved, we do not offer refunds on customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
b) Non-Customized Orders: Refunds for non-customized orders are eligible under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If deemed valid, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Shipping Errors: In case of shipping errors, such as receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide a full refund.
